POVERTY Miles and miles away, There lived a girl near the bay, Every day, Under the sun's ray, she pictures a play, In which, She, The queen, And he, The king, They lived A "Happily ever after" life, Where the sky, pale and blue, And their lives, light and bright, They fought together, the battles, And protected the castles, A kingdom of riches, where, People throw diamonds to Chase the stray dogs, Busy noises of the road, Interrupts her day dream, Opening her eyes, Saw her hungry man, Fast asleep in the platform, Under melting heat, At the city's heart, Where, The tent, their castle! The food, their battle! Her sunken sockets, And his empty pockets, Would tell a different tale.
Then.....for what reason she stopped texting him😖🧐
ReplyDeleteFor the never ending list of reasons, I suppose...;)
